Terms of Use
Last updated 28 October 2026
1. Who provides FlitMate
FlitMate is provided by Aviation Time Company, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (commercial registration 7053684465). It is an independent app, not affiliated with Saudia or CAE.
By creating an account or using FlitMate, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- FlitMate is for airline crew aged 18 or over. Register with your own name, staff number and company email address, and keep your profile true.
- One account per person. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Your role, rank, base, fleet (for pilots), staff number and roster decide which flight and layover chats, galley notes, special-meal lists and trade groups you can see, so keep them as your airline publishes them.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people at risk, or is used by someone other than the person it names. If we close your account, we delete it and its data as the Privacy Policy describes. We may also pause FlitMate for everyone during maintenance, or ask you to update the app before you go on.
3. What you post
- You are responsible for what you write and share in FlitMate: chat messages, trade posts and offers, galley notes, aircraft notes, special-meal lists and your profile photo. Keep it about the job, accurate and lawful.
- Not allowed: harassment, threats, hate or discrimination; sexual or violent content; spam or advertising; pretending to be someone else; sharing anyone's personal data beyond what the job needs; anything your airline's rules forbid you to share; and anything unlawful.
- You can report a chat message or block its sender, from the message's menu or a long press. A shared aircraft note can be reported from the note. To report anything else, write to support@flitmate.com.
- We may remove anything that breaks these terms, and suspend or close the account that posted it.
4. Using the crew portals
- FlitMate signs in to your crew portals with the sign-in you give it, and acts there as you. You remain responsible for using your own credentials under your employer's rules.
- With your CAE sign-in, FlitMate reads your roster, its crew lists and statistics, and for pilots the company flight log's times and takeoff and landing marks for the legs you flew; it also looks up a flight's crew when you ask. For pilots, it sends the company flight log the takeoff and landing marks you choose for the pilots of a leg you flew, returning the leg's record as the portal gave it with only those marks changed.
- With your Lido sign-in, it reads your flight plans. For Check load, you sign in yourself on Microsoft's page, and FlitMate reads only the seat figures for the flight you ask about.
- Signing out of FlitMate does not sign you out of the CAE portal or of Check load's Microsoft sign-in in the app, so do not share a phone between FlitMate accounts.
- The portals belong to your airline and its suppliers. They can change, or stop working with FlitMate, at any time.
- FlitMate never submits a bid or a trade to your airline. You do that yourself, in your airline's own system.
5. What FlitMate is not
- Your airline's roster, documents, manuals and crew portal remain the official sources. Check them before you act on anything FlitMate shows you.
- Legality, rest and duty figures are pre-checks, and pay, layover pay and bid figures are estimates. The GOM, Crew Scheduling and your company payslip prevail.
- FlitMate is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Aviation Time Company is not liable for losses that come from relying on it, or from a portal or service it depends on being unavailable.
- Nothing in FlitMate is sold today. If eSIM data plans or subscriptions go on sale, their terms will be added here first.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
6. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update this page and its date, and announce significant changes in the app. Using FlitMate after a change means you accept the new terms.
