Deleting your account

You can delete your account and its data in the app (Profile, Edit profile, Danger zone, Delete account), or by writing to support@flitmate.com from the email address on your account. If you registered for an airline FlitMate does not support yet, the app does not show you Profile, so write to us. Either way, our team deletes the account within 24 hours. What is deleted and what is kept are in the Privacy Policy.

Your airline

FlitMate works today with the CAE crew portal that Saudia crew sign in to. If you fly for another airline, write to us with its name and the crew portal it uses.
